It is with immense pleasure and pride to announce that, we, AUG Pharma, an Egyptian Joint Stock Company, have completed the acquisition of 100% of the beneficial ownership of Medpharma Pharma & Chem Ind’s (L.L.C.), a UAE based integrated pharmaceuticals manufacturer.
The acquisition represents an important milestone in Medpharma’s growth strategy and is part of a well-developed plan with the purpose of marking and further strengthening its position in the regional market.
Medpharma will continue operating with the support of all its existing employees, suppliers, and service providers. AUG Pharma acknowledges the value of each individual person who was part of Medpharma prior to the acquisition and the significant role each and every one will have in this transitional period and towards achieving further success in Medpharma.
